Compliance monitoring
A living requirement matrix. Every applicable paragraph is mapped to a responsible post-holder, a procedure reference and its last verification date — so you always know your position before the authority asks.
Wingcert unifies compliance monitoring, safety management and audit execution in one system — so the line from a regulation to its corrective action to the evidence is never broken.
Built around the frameworks you are audited against
Most organisations keep requirements in one place, audits in another and evidence in a shared drive. Wingcert holds them on a single record, so nothing has to be reconstructed the week before an inspection.
Regulation library mapped to your exposition
Scheduled, checklisted, executed on-site
Levelled, referenced, owned and dated
Analysis that survives a regulator's question
Tasked, tracked, escalated when it slips
Verified, retained, exportable on demand
Turn on what you need. Each module writes to the same record, so a training expiry and an audit finding are never two separate conversations.
A living requirement matrix. Every applicable paragraph is mapped to a responsible post-holder, a procedure reference and its last verification date — so you always know your position before the authority asks.
Annual plan, reusable checklists, auditor assignment and automatic report generation.
Level 1, Level 2 and observations with root-cause analysis, owners and verification gates.
Controlled revisions, read-and-sign distribution and proof of who acknowledged what, when.
Hazard reports, risk assessment, mitigation tracking and safety performance indicators.
Currency tracking for every licence, type rating, authorisation and recurrent course — with escalation before an expiry becomes a finding.
A 5×5 matrix that actually gets used: hazards scored before and after mitigation, with the residual risk owner named and the review date enforced.
Confidential and mandatory reporting flows, with the fields your authority expects.
Every change attributed, timestamped and immutable. Retention aligned to your approval.
Board packs, management review inputs and regulator-ready exports in a click.
Dense where it needs to be, quiet everywhere else. Every screen is built around the question an auditor will actually ask next.

Every record carries its reference, its owner and its history. Nothing is anonymous.
Due dates are enforced by the system, not by whoever remembers to chase them.
Audit reports, finding registers and evidence packs as PDF or structured data.
Wingcert's tablet app is built for the walk-around: a checklist you can work through with gloves on, evidence captured where you stand, and a finding raised before you have left the bay.
Download the audit before you travel. Complete it with no signal at all. Wingcert syncs and resolves conflicts the moment you reconnect.
Photos, signatures and notes attach to the checklist item itself — timestamped and geotagged, with the aircraft registration already filled in.
Mark an item non-compliant and Wingcert pre-fills the regulation reference, the responsible department and the deadline that applies to that level.
Close the audit and the report is already written from what you recorded. Review, sign, distribute.
Wingcert is delivered as focused workspaces rather than one overloaded application. Each has its own address; each is seamlessly integrated, with its own permissions and its own audience.
The core system — requirements, audits, findings, corrective actions and documents.
Course delivery, competency records and qualification currency for every role.

Compliance software becomes part of your approved system. It has to behave like it.

Who changed what, when and from where — retained for the life of your approval and beyond.

Contact salesYes. Most organisations arrive with a requirement matrix in Excel, findings in a second spreadsheet and evidence in a shared drive. Migration of those three is part of onboarding on Professional and Enterprise plans — we map your existing structure rather than asking you to adopt ours.
No. Wingcert is the system your procedures are executed in, not a substitute for them. Your exposition, CAME or MOE stays authoritative — Wingcert holds the requirement mapping, enforces the timelines those procedures specify and produces the evidence that they were followed.
The auditor downloads the audit — checklist, references, previous findings and the relevant sections of your manuals — before leaving. Everything recorded on site is written locally, including photos and signatures.
On reconnection, records sync in the order they were captured. If the same item was edited elsewhere in the meantime, Wingcert surfaces both versions for the auditor to resolve rather than silently overwriting one.
EASA Part-M, Part-CAMO, Part-145, Part-ORO, Part-CAT and Part-SPA are supported out of the box, alongside FAA 14 CFR parts, ICAO Annex 19 for SMS, IOSA and IS-BAO checklists, and ISO 9001. Additional national frameworks can be loaded — the requirement library is data, not code.
In the European Union by default, with each customer's records isolated at the tenant level. Enterprise customers can choose an alternative region or a private tenancy. Access inside your organisation is governed by role-based permissions modelled on your post-holder structure, and every access is written to the audit trail.
A single-approval organisation is typically live within four to six weeks: configuration and requirement mapping in the first two, data migration and user setup in the next two, then a parallel run against your existing process before cut-over. Larger groups with several approvals are scoped individually.
Tell us how your organisation is approved and what you are running today. We will show you the same walkthrough with your framework loaded — not a generic tour.
